　　As far as I`m concerned, a good parent is expected to be patient and open-minded.

　　First, it takes parents great efforts to tell a child right from wrong. Then when the child grows into an adolescent, he tends to be radical and make some mistakes. By this time, a good parent should be patient to give amiable guidance instead of lose temper.

　　In addition, an open-minded parent is always more successful in cultivating an independent and creative child. Because he leaves more space for the child to think about problems and to do decision of his own life, and provides enough opportunities for the child to present personal idea.

　　All in all, an so-called good parent is a parent of patience and open-mind.
